Our client, a well known broadcast media and entertainment company is urgently looking to hire an Associate Creative Director to join their team on a HYBRID schedule in New York, NY!
** This is a 12 month contract to hire on a W2 offering a full benefits package **
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelors degree or higher
- 7 years experience at a media company, marketing agency, or similar with an emphasis on custom creative solutions development
- Experienced in account/project management and client management
- A deep understanding of television, digital and social platforms and strategies
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and oversee multiple large-scale projects simultaneously
- A passion for entertainment, culture and technology.
- Creative design experience a plus
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee the development and execution of multi-network, multi-platform creative marketing, media and content solutions for advertisers
- Fosters a team environment that sees value in everyone and elevates the talents of writers, designers, strategists, and managers. Responsibilities:
- Develop strategy and creative for multi-network, multi-platform partnership programs.
- Oversee pitch materials to bring ideas to life both for internal stakeholders and external clients.
- Proactively seek new and innovative solutions for creative partnership programs.
- Lead creative brainstorm sessions.
- Serve as managerial point on creative partnership programs, including client management, multi-network partnership management and production management.
- Manage junior level executives to support creative development and management
Salary : $55 - $60
