What are the responsibilities and job description for the Auditor position at Motion Recruitment?
Our client, a well known music entertainment company, is looking for someone to join their team as an Auditor. This role is remote.
*This is a contract to hire*
In this role, you will develop and enhance work programs related to the evaluation of entity and process-level controls and identify process improvement opportunities. The manager is looking for someone who is analytical, highly organized, excellent time management skills and strong relationship management capabilities.
What You Will Be Doing
- Draft deficiency reporting and presentations
- Follow-up on identified findings and deficiencies
- Develop and update process narratives, flowcharts, and related controls documentation
- Develop, optimize, and execute test plans to evaluate the design and operating effectiveness of controls
Required Skills & Experience
- A minimum of 3 years of financial / operational audit and SOX experience
- CPA or CIA
- Bachelor's degree
- Highly proficient in MS Office Suite to intermediate (Excel, Power Point, Word) and Visio
- Experience with SAP ERP, BPC, Hyperion FM, and Blackline is a plus
