Automation & Manual QA Tester

Job Title: Automation & Manual QA Tester Contract Duration: 12 Months

We are seeking a QA Tester with expertise in both automation and manual testing to join our Agile team. This role is responsible for end-to-end testing of a smaller application, acting as the sole QA resource to ensure quality and reliability.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute manual and automated test scripts based on Jira stories.
• Perform end-to-end testing, regression testing, and database testing.
• Utilize JIRA to track testing progress within an Agile environment.
• Work in a fast-paced setting with 2-week sprints and releases every 6 weeks.
• Ensure comprehensive test coverage using ALM/Quality Center or Octane (preferred).
• Write and execute SQL queries for database validation and verification.
  
  

Required Skills & Experience

• Strong background in manual QA testing with experience in QA tools.
• Proficiency in ALM (Application Life Cycle Management)/Quality Center.
• Familiarity with Octane (preferred).
• Experience with JIRA for test case management and tracking.
• Ability to write and execute test scripts and perform extensive regression testing.
• Database testing experience, including writing and executing SQL queries.
