Digital Brand Ambassador
Our client is building a Brand Ambassador team to support Growth Operations and Marketing in expanding their on-demand delivery ecosystem. This initiative includes promoting a mobile app that delivers in-store goods, as well as food and items from local restaurants.
As a Brand Ambassador, you will engage directly with diverse audiences—including in-store customers, employees, and college students—to drive user engagement and app adoption. Success in this role will be measured by user growth and app usage. Comprehensive training and KPI tracking will be provided.
Responsibilities :
- Represent the brand at local events, festivals, and community engagements.
- Drive app downloads and encourage customer engagement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute brand activation events and promotions.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive guest experience.
- Lead and mentor team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and service excellence.
- Track performance metrics to refine successful tactics and adjust underperforming initiatives.
- Assist with scheduling and coordinating events and partnerships.
- Identify areas for process improvement and contribute new growth strategies.
- Help manage event activation budgets effectively.
- Actively participate in events, promotions, and customer interactions.
