Cloud Data Engineer (Tulsa, OK)

Are you passionate about working with data and cloud technologies? We are looking for a skilled Cloud Data Engineer to join our team and help us scale and optimize our data infrastructure. You will be responsible for designing, building, and managing end-to-end cloud data solutions on Azure, working with cutting-edge tools and technologies like Databricks to help shape the future of our data processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data solutions: You’ll design, deploy, and optimize cloud-based data systems in Azure, leveraging Databricks and other Azure services.
• Build end-to-end data pipelines: Collaborate with various teams to create efficient, automated pipelines that integrate, transform, and prepare data for analytics.
• Continuous improvement: Ensure the performance, security, and scalability of the data systems. Contribute to the development of best practices and standards.
• Data quality and reliability: Monitor data quality and ensure solutions are performing at peak efficiency.
  
  

Key Technologies

• Databricks: Develop data pipelines using Databricks and Databricks SQL to enable seamless data transformation and analytics.
• Programming: Expertise in Python, PySpark, and T-SQL to handle data processing tasks.
• Azure tools: Use Azure DevOps, Azure Synapse, and Power BI for effective management, deployment, and visualization of data solutions.
• Bonus: Familiarity with SSIS and Azure Data Factory is a plus.
  
  

Desired Skills And Experience

• Cloud experience: At least 3 years working with cloud technologies, preferably in Azure.
• Data architecture: Strong understanding of ETL processes, data warehousing concepts, and modern data architectures.
• Collaboration skills: Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical teams and business stakeholders.
