The role will be responsible for performing account setup and maintenance updates on merchant accounts.
- This is including but not limited to updating ABA/DDA information, adding new locations, adding new and updating entitlements, and other general maintenance updates as part of the setup of new merchant accounts.
- This team is a critical function to the overall department and our merchants as requests cannot be processed without this team.
- This would impact the merchant from being able to accept credit card payments in turn, preventing the client from collecting fees from these contracts due to no transactions being processed.
- Work will also include completing second level reviews on various tasks performed within the team.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of administrative or business support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Client support experience
- Ability to identify creative solutions to support service quality initiatives
- Knowledge and understanding of back office support in the financial industry
- Knowledge and understanding of credit: products, principles, and requirement needed to support payment transactions
- Ability to support many high priority, high complexity, and high risk efforts simultaneously
- Experience managing a pipeline of work from assignment to completion
- Knowledge and understanding of banking: operations, accounting standards, procedures and, policies
- Knowledge and understanding of financial industry: client account and relationship management
- Account management experience
- Knowledge and understanding of finance or account functions
