Grow your career as a Data Integration Senior Lead Analyst with an innovative global bank in New York, NY. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 2-3 days onsite per week.

Will be responsible for overseeing daily activities that support the execution, enablement and adoption of the Data Transformation Plan and / or support of use cases through collaboration with functions, regions and lines of business. Will be partners with a range of stakeholders, including senior management, and engages in cross functional collaboration to achieve outcomes. You will work alongside some of the smartest minds in the industry who are excited to share their knowledge and to learn from you.

Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's / University degree
- 10 years of experience, Banking or Finance industry preferred. Prior strategy consulting experience with a focus on change management and program delivery preferred
- Strong business analysis competency with historic success in shaping opportunities via conceptual thinking and abstract problem-solving capabilities
- Detailed understanding of Financial products specifically - Derivatives and Retail
- Comprehensive knowledge of Regulatory Reporting ( e.g knowledge of Basel 3 Derivatives , Basel End Game / SA-CCR)
- Understanding of credit Risk and or counterparty Risk
- Previous experience with the company’s systems highly preferred
- Communicates effectively, develops and delivers multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences; able to drive consensus, and influence relationships at all levels
- Collaborates effectively by building partnerships and working well with others to meet shared objectives
- Strong negotiation, influencing and stakeholder management skills across a variety of stakeholders at different levels
- Optimizes work processes by balancing effective / efficient processes with a focus on continuous improvement. Demonstrates ability to balance between seeing the “big picture” while paying close attention to detail
- Organizational savvy; understands systems, management processes, knows where to go for information and how to interpret them.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines, along with strong interpersonal skills and project management expertise are required.
