DevOps Engineer - Azure

A high tech company is seeking a skilled DevOps Engineer to join the team and drive infrastructure automation, deployment, and scalability in an Azure environment. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Terraform, and Ansible to build, manage, and optimize cloud-based infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain infrastructure on Azure using AKS
• Automate provisioning and configuration management with Terraform and Ansible
• Monitor and optimize cloud resources for performance, cost, and security
• Develop CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployments and improve efficiency
• Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration of applications
• Troubleshoot and resolve infrastructure and deployment issues
  
  

Requirements

• 3 years of experience in DevOps or cloud engineering
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Proficiency in infrastructure-as-code (IaC) using Terraform
• Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible
• Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automation
• Knowledge of monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or Azure Monitor
• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or PowerShell
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a remote environment
  
  

Nice to Have

• Experience with Helm for Kubernetes package management
• Familiarity with container security best practices
• Knowledge of networking concepts in cloud environments
