What are the responsibilities and job description for the Email Lead Generation Specialist position at Motion Recruitment?
We are seeking a highly experienced professional with a strong background in Email, Paid, and Lead Generation Marketing, as well as CRM expertise. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in using Klaviyo to craft effective email lead generation campaigns that drive clicks and conversions, with extensive experience in drip campaigns. Familiarity with lead scoring is a plus. A background in CRM, particularly with Dynamics 365, is highly preferred. This role does not require expertise in Google paid ads or generalist marketing skills. The primary focus will be on creating targeted email strategies that generate high-quality leads and effectively nurture them through the sales funnel.
This position has the potential to convert to a full-time employee and is open to remote candidates.
