Job Summary
Motion Recruitment Partners is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Specialist to join their team in Pennsburg, Pennsylvania. As a critical member of our client's infrastructure support team, you will be responsible for maintaining the upkeep of various facilities and ensuring that all equipment operates efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks on electrical systems, including installation, termination, and inspection of electrical systems up to 480 volts A.C.
- Diagnose electrical problems using test instruments such as ohmmeters, ammeters, voltmeters, and temperature detectors.
- Monitor and respond to building automation system-generated alarms.
- Utilize Building Automation Systems (BAS) to monitor infrastructure environmental systems and address system alarm conditions.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous experience with common hand and power tools (hammers, drills, wrenches, ratchet sets).
- Valid driver's license.
- Ability to follow safety procedures and don appropriate PPE.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous work experience in commercial office facilities support operations.
- PC literate, with experience using Microsoft Office tools and Auto Cad.
- Electrical, mechanical, wiring, or automated building system monitoring experience.
