- 3 years of IT support experience
- Experience with Meraki, Azure AD, Intune, and Macs Defender
- Experience supporting Windows and Mac environments
- Familiarity with ticketing systems like Jira
- Strong troubleshooting skills in laptops, printers, tablets, and networks
- CompTIA A Certification
- Microsoft Endpoint Administration experience
- Knowledge of ITIL practices
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
