This includes researching and implementing best practices to resolve mechanical issues, focusing on safety, material movement, tooling, fixturing, and hand tools.
Job Description
As a Field Services Engineer in Manufacturing Engineering, you will be responsible for providing expert technical support to ensure the smooth operation of our heavy equipment and field WIFI networks.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and repair heavy equipment, identifying and implementing solutions to mechanical problems.
- Safely operate light vehicles and utility trailers in simulated mining environments.
- Work at heights above 20 feet using man lifts, adhering to safety protocols.
- Comfortably work outside in remote locations, adapting to extreme temperatures and conditions.
- Support large WiFi networks, ensuring stable connectivity and security.
- Collaborate with teams to research and implement best practices for equipment maintenance and problem-solving.
Requirements
- Proficient in Microsoft software suite.
- Familiarity with low and medium-voltage systems, Lockout/Tagout procedures.
- Ability to safely work in confined spaces and extreme environments.
- Experience operating heavy equipment, power tools, and manual machinery.
Working Environment
This is an onsite position located in Green Valley, AZ. You will be working 100% of the time on-site, with ongoing extensions expected beyond the initial 12-month term.
Technical Skills
To succeed in this role, you must possess strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft software, ability to support large WiFi networks, and comfort working with low and medium-voltage systems.
