Required Skills & Experience
- 4 years of front-end Java development experience with Angular
- 3 years of experience leading cross functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communications skills as well as strong organizational skills
- Strong in Microservices, APIs
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of JavaScript and its design patterns.
- In-depth knowledge of Angular core features, Micro front ends.
- In-depth knowledge of Application design and programming
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Experience managing and implementing successful projects.
- Experience with application performance enhancement
- Subject Matter Expert (SME) in at least one area of Applications Development
- Ability to adjust priorities quickly as circumstances dictate.
- Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree
- Perform hands-on coding in Java, Javascript & Angular.
- Will work within a team of global engineers for Enterprise risk management technology.
- Collaborate with Architects to build enterprise solutions/Portal with robust design, design patterns and architecture that are innovative, consistent with firm standards and best practices.
- Will collaborate with Product manager/owners and business stakeholders who manage I/UX research, mockups, business requirements, program scope and other deliverables.
- Use in-depth knowledge of front-end technology & application development experience to execute enterprise level application development projects.
- Leverage innovation in design, development and deliver robust solution through collaboration, socialization of ideas and capture peoples thought process
- Through coding, drive the design and development of solution with close collaboration from solution architecture, key business stakeholders, and enhance the quality of deliverables.
- Ensure adherence to policy and procedures throughout SDLC (Agile practice)
- Work closely with key technology SMEs to address business architecture requirements.
- Provide conceptual analyses for a variety of broad and complex issues.
