We are looking for a Sr. Integration Lead to support our IE&E Common Portal project. In this role, you will design and oversee how different systems connect and work together, ensuring smooth integrations and strong security. You will collaborate with various teams, mentor junior developers, and help drive technical solutions using Mulesoft and Salesforce.
Job Title: Sr. Integration Lead
Location: Boston, MA 02108 (Onsite 2-3 days/week, rest remote)
Job Type: Long-term contract
Key Responsibilities:
✅ Lead the design and implementation of integration solutions using Mulesoft, APIs (SOAP & REST), and cloud technologies
✅ Work closely with application teams to ensure APIs are secure and well-managed
✅ Maintain API documentation and best practices
✅ Conduct code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure high-quality coding standards
✅ Support project planning, development, and release activities
✅ Work with end users, developers, system administrators, and vendors to ensure seamless operations
✅ Stay up-to-date with the latest tools and technologies to improve system performance
✅ Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers
✅ Assist in risk assessments, technical audits, and security planning
Skills & Qualifications:
✔ 8 years of experience in software development and system integration
✔ Expertise in Mulesoft & API development
✔ Experience with Salesforce, AWS (API Gateway, WAF), XML, JSON, and IBM DataPower
✔ Knowledge of security protocols (TLS/SSL, encryption, OAUTH, JWT)
✔ Experience using Git, SVN, Postman, and SOAPUI
✔ Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions
✔ Strong problem-solving, debugging, and leadership skills
✔ Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Education & Certification:
🎓 Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
📜 Mulesoft Certification (preferred but not required)
