Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor's Degree and / or relevant IT Certifications
- 5 years of IT service Desk experience
- Advanced technical expertise in Windows 10 / 11, Windows Server 2012 / 2019 , and Microsoft 365
- Experience leading and mentoring Service Desk team members
- Strong problem-solving skills for 2nd-3rd tier support issues
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
