Are you a skilled Systems/Network Administrator looking for an exciting on-site opportunity in Charlotte, NC? Our client, a growing investment company in the Charlotte area, is seeking a mid-level professional to join their team full-time. In this role, you’ll work with a mix of Windows and Network environments, supporting both the network and system administration sides of the business, and helping drive continuous improvements in network infrastructure and server management.

Required Skills & Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in systems and network administration
- Proficiency in Windows Server 2012/2016/2019 and Red Hat Linux
- Strong knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy management
- Experience with network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware or Hyper-V)
- Solid troubleshooting skills and experience in a fast-paced environment
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Certifications such as CompTIA Network , CompTIA Security , or CCNA
- Knowledge of scripting languages like PowerShell or Bash
- Previous experience in a similar industry or mid-sized company
