What You Will Be Doing
- Monitor and analyze vulnerability scans on systems and applications.
- Address identified vulnerabilities by contacting users and remotely accessing laptops to apply patches.
- Document security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate remediation strategies.
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure timely resolution and mitigation of vulnerabilities.
- Develop and maintain documentation for vulnerability management procedures.
- Conduct security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with security policies and standards.
- Stay updated on emerging security threats, technologies, and industry best practices.
- Assist with security audits and assessments conducted by third-party entities.
- Provide technical support to users as needed.
- 4 years of experience in Windows IT Services, End-User Support, or as an Endpoint Administrator.
- Experience in vulnerability assessment and management.
- Familiarity with security tools and technologies such as Nessus, MECM, and Intune.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
