Our client, one of the largest deliverers of cutting-edge software for financial services, is hiring a hybrid Learning and Development Specialist in Plano, Texas!
*This is a 4-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered!*
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for facilitating new hire orientation and ongoing employee development by overseeing training schedules, submitting access and permission requests, and securing appropriate training facilities. They are looking for someone who will manage the LMS (Docebo), ensuring accurate data and efficient training is delivered.
Responsibilities:
- Drive onboarding and skill development initiatives by managing training logistics, including scheduling, access coordination, and venue arrangements
- Manage the Docebo learning management system to maintain accurate records and facilitate effective training distribution.
- Create and maintain reports on the outcomes of all training
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
- 3 years in project coordination and internal training
- Expertise working in Docebo
