One of the country's largest biotechnology companies is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join their Clean-Room Production team in Hopkinton, MA. This role involves hands-on production operations, equipment setup, and maintenance, as well as process optimization in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.

Please Note:
This is a full-time onsite position with shifts from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM or 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM. Flexibility to work overtime as needed is required.
Responsibilities:
- Perform production operations in a clean-room manufacturing environment.
- Set up, calibrate, and carry out preventative maintenance tasks on equipment.
- Collect and evaluate operating data to make on-line equipment adjustments and ensure optimal process performance.
- Utilize sophisticated programs to track and control components throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with engineering to conduct tests and experiments for process improvements.
- Mentor and train junior technicians, fostering teamwork, leadership, and technical skills development.
- Participate in a self-directed work team environment, contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a clean-room manufacturing environment is preferred.
- Strong technical aptitude and familiarity with equipment calibration and maintenance.
- Proficiency in using programs and tools to track production processes and optimize performance.
- Excellent teamwork and communication skills with the ability to coach and train others.
- Self-motivated and able to operate effectively in a self-directed work environment.
