Required Skills & Experience
- Strong experience in network engineering with a focus on Cisco Meraki products (e.g., Meraki MS, MX, MR, and Meraki Dashboard)
- Proven ability to configure and troubleshoot Cisco routers, switches, and firewalls
- Experience with VLANs, VPNs, and routing protocols such as OSPF, BGP, or EIGRP
- Knowledge of network security best practices and protocols
- Familiarity with cloud-based network management and SD-WAN technologies
- Proficiency in network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, Nagios, etc.)
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent communication skills for cross-team collaboration
- Cisco certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or Meraki-specific certifications
- Experience with firewall management and network security appliances
- Exposure to network automation tools (e.g., Ansible, Python scripting)
- Familiarity with cloud networking platforms (AWS, Azure)
- Experience with network performance tuning and optimization

- 30% General Network Administration (Routers, Switches, Firewalls)
- 10% Network Security and Performance Tuning
- 50% Hands-On – Configure and maintain Cisco Meraki devices, routers, and switches
- 30% Management Duties – Monitor and ensure network performance, security, and reliability
