Internal Communications Specialist

Hybrid : 2 days onsite / 3 days remotePay : $46 / hour

As the
Internal communications Specialist , you will partner with senior executives,craft organizational communications, and keep staff informed through engaging story telling.Part journalist, part project manager and part communications strategist, you will focus on developing a diverse set of communications and creative campaigns for iRobot’s Next Normal workplace. Their employees work across a hybrid global environment, and its important to ensure they have the information they need to connect and collaborate and be productive wherever they are located. You will help to produce culture-building content and manage employee networking and social events
Required Skills & Experience4 years of relevant work experienceBachelor’s degree in journalism or communicationsExperience working with an HR team or on HR / employee communications a plusKnowledge of Adobe Creative Suite a plusVideo editing experience a plusEvent and project management skills to develop culture-building events, including Town Hall meetings, employee engagement eventsKnowledge of SharePoint or other intranet platform tool.
