A large construction organization is seeking a Senior Developer specializing in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) to join their IT team. You will work closely with finance, operations, and IT teams to gather requirements and ensure seamless ERP functionality and will implement security best practices, role-based access controls (RBAC), and ensure compliance with construction industry regulations.

- 5 years of experience in MS Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations development.
- Strong skills in X programming, Power Platform, and SQL Server.
- Experience with Azure DevOps, LCS (Lifecycle Services), and system integrations (APIs, OData, REST, SOAP).
- Knowledge of construction industry ERP processes (job costing, procurement, financials).
- Familiarity with reporting tools like Power BI and SSRS.
- Experience working in Agile development environments.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CE (CRM) or Business Central.
- Certification in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
- Prior experience in large-scale construction or engineering firms.
