We are working with a leader in the healthcare space providing patients with at home and in-center dialysis. Right now, this organization is hiring for a Network Administrator.
They are ideally looking to hire a detail-oriented IT professional skilled in network and telephony support. You will troubleshoot escalated issues, coordinate assignments, and assist with projects while serving as the first point of contact for the IT helpdesk. Experience with mobile device management -Intune preferred, Meraki wireless, and cloud-based tools like RingCentral or NICE is a plus. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.
