Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 5 years of experience in network engineering, with a focus on Cisco Meraki solutions (routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN)
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure (Google Cloud, Microsoft 365, AWS)
- Familiarity with virtualization (VMware, Windows environments)
- Strong troubleshooting skills and experience with network management
- Experience working with distributed IT environments (multiple locations, remote offices)
- Ability to implement and optimize infrastructure solutions in both new and remodeled properties
- Managing and supporting the organization’s network infrastructure (Cisco Meraki routers, switches, firewalls, SD-WAN)
- Collaborating with teams and vendors to maintain cloud services and network security
- Troubleshooting complex network issues and escalating as needed
- Implementing infrastructure improvements for district offices and newly acquired properties
- Ensuring the optimal performance of the network across 600 properties
- Managing cloud servers and supporting virtualization environments
