Required Skills & Experience
- 3 years of experience in a NOC or similar technical support role.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to servers, networks, applications, and cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of Windows Server administration, including Active Directory, DNS, and Group Policy.
- Familiarity with networking principles such as TCP / IP, routing, switching, VPNs, and firewalls.
- Experience with virtualization platforms like VMware or Hyper-V.
- Knowledge of backup and recovery methodologies; experience with tools such as Veeam preferred.
- Scripting experience (PowerShell, Python, or similar) to automate tasks and improve efficiency.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical issues to diverse audiences.
