We are seeking a well-organized and customer service-oriented Associate Escrow Assistant to support division departments with administrative and customer service tasks. The ideal candidate effectively manages time, is detail-oriented, and can handle a high volume of data and information.
Key Responsibilities :
- Receive, process, and scan mail documents to appropriate recipients.
- File and store original recordable per retention guidelines.
- Process returned and outgoing mail per division procedures.
- Receive, post checks, and update files accordingly.
- Perform end-of-day deposits.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
- Coordinate maintenance and building-related requests with management.
- Assist the Customer Service team by handling overflow calls during peak periods.
