Location: Nashville, TN 37201
Key Responsibilities:
- Walk the floors of the office to ensure cleanliness and organization
- Perform minor manual labor tasks, including cleaning and unloading the dishwasher
- Serve as the primary point of contact at the front desk, greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Answer and direct incoming calls, providing assistance as needed
- Address routine issues and escalate more complex matters when necessary
- Register guests and handle visitor access protocols
- Respond to employee or client inquiries in an efficient and professional manner
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Reconcile office expenses and assist with budgeting as needed
- Support new hire onboarding (e.g., updating employee lists, preparing signs)
- Receive and distribute incoming mail
- Liaise with property management to submit and track work orders
Required Qualifications:
- 2-3 years of relevant office or administrative experience
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Strong customer service skills with a warm and inviting demeanor
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a dynamic environment
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
