Description :
- Processing a high volume of order exceptions, transactions, and refunds while ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Responsibilities also involve acting as a liaison across multiple functional groups to help investigate and resolve issues escalated from various business units and providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.
- The role requires end-to-end troubleshooting and resolution of customer order, billing, or refund inquiries in collaboration with relevant departments according to defined Service Level Agreements.
- Additionally, the specialist proactively assists peers with workload and identifies potential issues for resolution through appropriate channels.
