As a Senior Developer/Analyst, you will play a key role in the implementation and technical support of PeopleSoft HCM 9.2. Your responsibilities will include providing guidance on new requests, optimizing current business processes, and developing new functionality within the PeopleSoft system. This role involves translating functional requirements into technical design and future-state process documentation. Additionally, you will assist in the development of business cases for new projects, such as upgrades, interfaces, reporting, and acquisitions, ensuring that system applications align with both current and future business needs.
