Our client, a well known broadcast media and entertainment company is urgently looking to hire a Production Quality Control Specialist to join their team ON SITE in the Manhattan, NY area!
** This is a 10 month contract to hire on W2 offering a full benefits package **
Required Skills & Experience
- 2 years of experience in post-production or knowledge of basic editing and QC screening
- Experience working with Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Photoshop
- Ability to read audio/video scopes
- Working knowledge of video/audio codecs, file formats, and resolutions
- Must be willing to work in Englewood Cliffs, NJ 3 days per week (hybrid schedule)
Job Responsibilities
- Work with Adobe Creative Cloud and other post production platforms
- Using audio/video scopes to assist in quality control (QC) functions
- Perform the service of technical and S&P QC screening for shortform content
- Maintain detailed records of both technical and S&P issues while screening content and communicate on issues with the network Program Operations or external clients
- Responsible for file movement (delivery, restore from archive) and content prep for various Tech Ops Post workflows
- Creating downloadable links using applications such as Frame.io
- Working with internal workflow automation tools to prep and review content
- Ensure overall client satisfaction
Salary : $25 - $27
