We’re hiring a Production Engineer to join a leading global innovator in the medical device and diagnostics industry. This organization is known for developing breakthrough technologies that improve patient outcomes and bring cutting-edge solutions to healthcare.
📍 Location: Marana, AZ (Onsite)
⏳ Duration: 12 months with possibility of extension
💲 Pay Rate: $35/hr. on W2
About the Role:
As a Production Engineer, you’ll apply your technical skills and hands-on expertise to support the development and optimization of electro-mechanical systems used in medical diagnostics. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to design, test, and troubleshoot equipment and processes that meet high-performance standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform root-cause analysis and resolve issues in complex electro-mechanical and fluidic/pneumatic systems
- Collaborate on design reviews, concept generation, and manufacturing process improvements
- Execute experiments, evaluate results, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
- Ensure consistent application of engineering principles and documentation standards
- Communicate technical findings and present project results to internal teams
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 4 years of relevant industry experience
- Strong mechanical problem-solving skills
- Hands-on experience with electro-mechanical systems, small-scale fluidics, or pneumatics
- Experience in troubleshooting and conducting root-cause analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proven ability to work independently and in cross-functional environments
Salary : $30 - $35
