Our client, a leader in aerospace technology, is looking to for an experienced Program Planner & Scheduler. This role will be fully onsite in Everett, WA.

As a Program Scheduler, you will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and analyzing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) to ensure compliance with corporate and contractual requirements. You will play a critical role in supporting project cost, schedule integration, and risk analysis for complex programs.
Required Skills & Experience
- 8 years of experience in Program Planning, Scheduling, or Project Management
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field OR an Advanced Degree with 5 years of experience
- Hands-on experience with scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera, or Open Plan
- Experience developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) and performing critical path analysis
- Prior work experience with Earned Value Management System (EVMS)
Desired Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with government regulations related to program planning and earned value compliance
- Experience analyzing schedule data, including Schedule Metrics and variance analysis
- Proficiency with scheduling tools such as Full Monte, @Risk, FastTrak, and PertChart Expert
- Experience supporting Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) in planning, scheduling, and cost estimating tasks
- Ability to break down statements of work into actionable program plans
What You Will Be Doing
- Develop and maintain Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) that comply with company and contract requirements
- Ensure IMS is resource-loaded and aligned with cost and schedule targets
- Support planning and cost estimating tasks, prepare reports, and conduct schedule risk analysis
- Perform critical path analysis, variance analysis, and schedule-related risk assessments
- Incorporate contractual and programmatic changes into IMS to maintain up-to-date schedule baselines
- Collaborate with internal teams for weekly and monthly schedule reviews and external contractual reporting
