Exciting new fully remote contract position for a Telecom Project Coordinator (Activations Team) with an established firm.
The Project Coordinator will provide support to the telecom team who is responsible for Unified Communications (UC) activations (not support) for all the client health facilities nationally. Activation Project Manager and will not be responsible for the typical UC (Unified Communications) implementation. This role will focus on Activation delivery only, including hardware set-up, training, etc.
Contract Duration: 14-Months

Required Skills & Experience
- Previous experience working on Telecommunication projects concepts including but not limited to VoIP technologies and hardware.
- Understanding and familiarity of network telecommunications industry, technology, and terminology
- Proven experience in task management and project status reporting.
- Demonstrated leadership, organizational skills, planning skills.
- Proven ability to work in a fast paced, self-directed environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Quality orientation with a strong eye for detail.
- Hands on experience with MS Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
- Previous experience with MS Project.
Daily Responsibilities
- Provide support to Telecom (Voice) Project Managers and activations onsite.
- Coordinating objectives, key resources, budget, and project plan in support of multiple Telecom (UC) projects nationally.
- Responsible for work order administration activities.
- Responsible for making sure project plans are up to date and coordinating between engineering and facility teams.
- Closely interact with Telecom Project Managers, Engineering, and site Facility teams to ensure the project is successful.
- Coordinate training on Telecom Hardware and Software.
- Will work closely with vendors, de-activate, set up various events, coordinate training, etc.
- Coordinates project review meetings with internal and external resources as needed to meet service deliverables.
- Measuring project performance, reporting, and escalating in support of one or more projects.
