A global leader in energy management and automation is actively seeking a Project Coordinator to join their team. This is a hybrid role, Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm located in Mt. Juliet, TN. It is a 6-month contract with potential for extension.

Required Skills & Experience
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering and/or Supply Chain or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing, supply chain, purchasing or Project Management.
- Advanced English proficiency to thrive in our global environment.
- Familiarity with SAP, along with knowledge of engineering/manufacturing processes.
- Strong understanding of supply chain principles, including supplier management, cost analysis, and inventory management.
- Experience with commodities like stampings, sheet metal fabrication, plastics, or electronics.
- Proficiency in Excel and database management.
Desired Skills & Experience
- Spanish language proficiency is preferred.
What You Will Be Doing
Daily Responsibilities
- Procurement Management: Coordinate procurement activities to ensure timely sourcing of materials and services in alignment with project requirements.
- Supplier Management: Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvements in service and quality.
- Cost Reduction: Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities across procurement processes while maintaining quality and reliability.
- Data Maintenance: Ensure accurate and up-to-date records of supplier data, procurement transactions, and inventory details in internal systems.
- Oversee risk analysis to align procurement with project targets.
- Initiate and manage Request for Quote through SSP-SRM.
- Coordinate 3F's, Build Up and Samples as related to Project execution.
- ERP update 'Workflows/One Shuttle: * Update SL, Leadtime's, MoQ, New Part Creation.
