Required Skills & Experience
- 5 years of Scrum or Agile experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work or consulting experience, training, military experience, education.
- Excellent Communication skills.
- Able to drive large high priority and high visibility initiatives in large organization.
- Agile (Scrum, Kanban & SAFe) (2 - 4 Years)
- Certified Scrum Master (4 - 6 Years)
- Kanban (4 - 6 Years)
- Release Management (2 - 4 Years)
- Release train Engineer (2 - 4 Years)
- Scrum and Kanban Frameworks (4 - 6 Years)
- Certified Release Train Engineer or equivalent
- Consult on complex initiatives with broad impact and large-scale planning for Scrum or Agile.
- Review and analyze complex multi-faceted, larger scale, or longer-term Scrum Master challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented factors.
- Contribute to the resolution of complex and multi-faceted situations requiring solid understanding of the function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements that meet deliverables.
- Strategically collaborate and consult with client personnel.
