We’re on the hunt for a seasoned Sr. Project Manager to join an exciting public sector initiative where your leadership will directly impact big things (yes, BIG). You’ll be the glue between business goals, tech teams, and third-party vendors – making sure everyone’s rowing in the same direction. 🚣♀️🚣♂️
💼 What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading a large-scale IT implementation project (think lots of moving parts and vendors).
- Creating and maintaining timelines that actually stick.
- Keeping everyone in sync through planning meetings, status updates, and Jedi-level communication.
- Assessing impacts like a pro when things shift – because they always do.
- Making sure deliverables are delivered, and approvals are approved.
- Guiding business analysts (if they’re assigned to your ship).
- Solving problems before they become showstoppers.
- Helping us look super organized in front of very important people.
🧠 What You Bring to the Table:
- 10 years of experience managing tech projects in the real world.
- Deep knowledge of SDLC, software implementations, and vendor wrangling.
- The ability to make sense of complexity – and translate it into action.
- Leadership chops, top-tier communication, and organization skills.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Tech, Engineering, or a related field.
- PMP certification? That’s a gold star, but not a dealbreaker.
