They are seeking a talented Software Engineer with a strong background in YANG modeling to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in designing, developing, and integrating YANG-based models to enhance network configuration and management.
This role will be fully remote working on Eastern Time Zone and will be a Full Time, Direct Hire role with the client.
Required Skills & Experience :
- Experience with network orchestration platforms.
- Knowledge of tools like pyang, yanglint, or YANG Suite.
- Contributions to open-source projects related to YANG or network management.
- Familiarity with cloud-native networking and infrastructure.
- Experience designing and developing YANG models for network configuration and operational data.
- Implement and maintain tools for model validation and testing.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate YANG models into existing systems.
- Develop APIs and interfaces for interacting with YANG-based configurations.
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in YANG and related technologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for building efficient, maintainable solutions.
