Our client, a leading gas and energy company is hiring a Sr IT Project Manager to join their team in Columbus OH!
**This is a 1-year W2 contract with benefits**
As the Sr IT Project Manager, you will lead and manage large-scale IT projects, ensuring successful delivery across IT and business functions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and track project budgets, schedules, risks, and resource plans using industry best practices
- Engage executive sponsors and key stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
- Facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive projects through Waterfall, Agile, and SDLC methodologies
- Oversee project documentation, process improvement, and change management initiatives
Desired Skills:
- 7 years of experience in IT project management with enterprise-level projects
- Prior experience in the Energy, Gas, or Utility industry
- Expertise in Waterfall, Agile, and SDLC methodologies
- PMP certification
- Experience with project cost management, resource capacity planning, and risk mitigation
- Agile certifications (PSM, PSPO) and ITIL v3/v4 are a plus
