- 4 YOE in Business Analyst roles
- Experience gathering and presenting requirements
- Experience creating flowcharts and diagrams
- Experience using JIRA within Agile and Scrum ceremonies
- Experience working with applications, understanding interactions between systems
- Familiarity with technical frameworks
