Job Description
A top company in Wilmington, Delaware is seeking a highly skilled and motivated DevOps Engineer to join the team.
This hybrid role requires on-site presence three days a week and offers the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies in a collaborative and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and maintain Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using GitLab.
- Develop and manage infrastructure as code (IaC) using Terraform.
- Work with Azure cloud services to deploy and manage scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure.
- Implement and maintain Kubernetes clusters using Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS).
- Collaborate with development and operations teams to ensure seamless integration and delivery processes.
- Write and maintain scripts for automation and process improvement using Python, Bash, or other scripting languages.
- Monitor and troubleshoot infrastructure and deployment issues to ensure optimal performance.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps tools, best practices, and technologies.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a DevOps Engineer or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience with Azure cloud services.
- Proficiency in Terraform for infrastructure as code.
- Experience building and managing CI/CD pipelines with GitLab.
- BASIC KUBERNETES KNOWLEDGE, PARTICULARLY WITH AKS.
- Strong scripting skills in at least one language.
- Familiarity with containerization and Docker.
- Understanding of networking concepts and cloud security best practices.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
