Our client, a leading global provider of financial technology software is looking for an Support Specialist to join their team!
*This is a 6 month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays offered! *
As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for addressing order issues, managing transactions, and processing refunds to resolve customer disputes. The ideal candidate will be able to collaborate across departments to troubleshoot and resolve time-sensitive customer concerns from start to finish.
Responsibilities:
- Handling a high volume of order exceptions, transactions, and refunds while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.
- End-to-end troubleshooting and resolution of customer orders, billing, or refund inquiries in collaboration with relevant departments
- Reviewing customer transaction information for any discrepancies or errors
Requirements:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- 2 years of experience with customer or operations support
- Prior experience with Salesforce, Oracle, and Seibel
- Knowledge of CRM software
