Our client, a leader in the utility industry, is hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager in Columbus, Ohio!
*This is a 6 month W2 contract with benefits!*
As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will handle full life-cycle recruiting, managing the entire recruiting process from sourcing and screening candidates to facilitating job offers. The ideal candidate will have experience in sourcing, process management, and utilizing Workday.
Responsibilities:
- Executing full life cycle recruiting activities that include research, development, and implementation of effective recruiting strategies to attract a diverse pool of highly qualified talent
- Perform resume reviews, phone screens, and presenting candidates to hiring leader
- Drive high candidate experience favorability scores by supporting candidates through the recruiting process and providing strong feedback during and after
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in human resource management or a related field
- Proficiency in Workday and Microsoft Office
- 3 years experience in full life cycle recruiting
