Our client, a major food retail group, is actively looking for a Technical Writer to join their team in Salisbury, NC! This is a hybrid position, onsite 3x per week in Salisbury, so candidates must be local.

Responsibilities
- Work with Digital Media manager in creating end user documentation for use of Microsoft Teams Rooms and other Audio Video systems
- Work with lead digital media engineers on transferring technical documentation to formal processes and procedures for non-technical consumption as well as more formal technical design and architecture documentation for departmental posteriety.
- Develop governance structure for review of next generation Microsoft Teams Room technology.
- Improve and rewrite existing documentation for Service Now knowledge based articles.
Qualifications
- 3- 5 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in the technology or audio video industry.
- Must be able to simplify complex, technical information for business colleagues who have non-technical backgrounds.
- Create technical guides and procedures related to department standards for Microsoft Teams Room installation or Audio/Video integration.
- Experience translating complex technical concepts into clear, concise, and accessible content for various audiences.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams Rooms and Audio Video technology preferred but not required
- Experience creating and updating SharePoint sites preferred but not required
- 3 years experience with Service Now (KB Article Creation) preferred but not required
