TEST LEADS ONLY PLEASE - IVR EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
We have an emergent need for a Project Level Test Lead for the IVR R2 project.
Hybrid Roles – Can be working out of Merrillville, IN OR Columbus, OH
Duration: 10 months with possibility of longer term extensions
Pay Rate: $75/hr - $82/hr on W2
No C2C, H1B, 1099, TN Visa, F1 - CPT or OPT at this time.
Must be able to work directly on our W2 with no 3rd party involved.

Required
7 – 10 years testing experience with 3 – 5 years’ experience leading a team of testers
Nuance, and Genesys IVR testing experience preferred.
Experience on at least two large transformation programs in a testing role
Experience with JIRA and Tricentis qTest – must have
Experience with other testing tools (test automation and performance testing) – nice to have
Utilities industry experience – nice to have but highly preferred.
Demonstrated high proficiency in communication, project management, and organizations skills
PMP and other test technology certifications – nice to have
Experience with Waterfall and Agile delivery frameworks
Salary : $75 - $82
