What are the responsibilities and job description for the Test Lead position at Motion Recruitment?

We have an emergent need for a test lead for the IVR R2 project.

Ideal Candidate

7 – 10 years testing experience with 3 – 5 years’ experience leading a team of testers
Nuance, and Genesys IVR testing experience preferred.
Experience on at least two large transformation programs in a testing role
Able to travel up to 50% to either Merrillville, IN (south of Chicago) and Columbus OH as needed.
Experience with JIRA and Tricentis qTest – must have
Experience with other testing tools (test automation and performance testing) – nice to have
Utilities industry experience – nice to have but highly preferred.
Demonstrated high proficiency in communication, project management, and organizations skills
PMP and other test technology certifications – nice to have
Experience with waterfall and agile delivery frameworks

This is a 10-month contract. Duration: 12 months.
