Third-Party Risk Analyst

Grow your career as a Third-Party Risk Analyst with an innovative global bank in Tampa, FL. Contract role with strong possibility of extension. Will require working a hybrid schedule 3 days onsite per week.

Will support the Third Party Risk team’s transition of high-risk third parties to a new risk framework and create supporting documentation, procedures, process flows and oversight materials. Required Skills & Experience

• Bachelor’s / University degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years of experience with Process Improvement and Process Documentation.
• SME level experience in risk management with a focus on Operations risk and controls (e.g. Margin, Settlements, Middle Office, Reconciliations, Trade Booking).
• Understanding of how the introduction of new and / or changes to existing regulations, processes, systems, controls and infrastructure may impact the business.
• Comprehensive understanding of control design and ability to independently perform controls effectiveness assessment.
• Proven track record of ability to recognize the issue and process weaknesses.
• Experience in project management implementation.
• Ability to provide advanced judgement / conduct in-depth quantitative and qualitative analysis to solve problems and develop new, innovative solutions.
• Proven track record ability to take a lead and drive control enhancements within Operations / Middle Office.
• Strong ability to perform targeted “deep-dive” assessments.
• Excellent leadership, ownership, accountability, and delivery skills.
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
