Required Skills & Experience
- 2-3 years of experience as an IT Support/ Helpdesk Engineer
- Knowledge of both Hardware and Software support
- Experience with level 3 of helpdesk tickets
- Advanced abilities with Windows and Azure cloud
- Ability to problem-solve
- Ability to commute to the office daily in Decatur
- Strong communication skillset
- BS in CS or similar degree
- Experience working for internal IT organizations
- Any on-premises server experience is a plus
