What You'll Do
- Lead Research Projects : Design and execute qualitative and quantitative research, including user interviews, usability testing, surveys, and concept evaluations.
- Uncover Insights : Synthesize data into clear insights, frameworks, and actionable recommendations that influence product, design, and marketing strategies.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally : Partner with designers, product managers, marketing teams, and engineers to align on customer needs and translate insights into product innovation.
- Customer Advocacy : Bring a holistic, end-to-end customer perspective, advocating for customer needs at every stage of the design and development process.
- Facilitate Innovation : Organize and lead design thinking workshops, ideation sessions, and stakeholder alignment meetings.
