Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Machinist role located in Nashville, TN at Motion Industries. The Machinist will be responsible for operating various machines to produce precision parts, reading blueprints, using a variety of tools and measuring instruments, and ensuring quality control standards are met consistently.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in operating machining tools and equipment
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Experience in using measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality control
- Knowledge of CNC machining processes is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training is a plus
