Position Summary
The Information Technology and ERP Coordinator has responsibility for the overall coordination of the Information Technology and Enterprise Resource Planning needs of the business. The position is responsible for day to day IT support as well as administration, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance of the ERP operating system.
Duties and Responsibilities
· Works closely with department heads and other staff members to solve technology related issues, keep equipment in good working order, manage and develop new systems and procedures for technology maintenance and improvements, and presents strategic and other recommended technology improvements to the overall leadership team.
· Visits various offices to address technology needs and train end-users.
· Oversees the day-to-day technology maintenance, implementation, updates, and cyber security needs companywide for all offices.
· Reviews diagnostics and assesses the functionality and efficiency of systems.
· Implements security measures and keeps current on relevant best practices.
· Monitors security certificates and company compliance to requirements.
· Offers technical support to company staff and troubleshoots computer/server problems.
· Installs and updates company software and hardware as needed.
· Anticipates and reports the cost of replacing or updating hardware/software and server systems etc.
· Maintains the technological infrastructure in all offices.
· Ensures that IT systems are up-to-date and secure.
· Provides technical support to other employees.
· Conducts trainings on new technology and software.
· Installs and configures hardware and software systems.
· Performs data backups and disaster recovery procedures.
· Conducts regular security audits and ensures that systems are up to date with security patches as needed.
· Builds and manages third party software and hardware vendors/ relationships.
· Identifies and implements workshop process improvements through technology integration.
· Identifies and implements multi-location process improvements through technology integration.
· Responsible for daily administration of ERP system (Acumatica).
· Training for new users and supplemental training for existing users.
· Maintains the version update cadence for Acumatica, including overseeing the upgrade schedule, testing all core applications for upgrade to ensure compatibility of customizations and reports, and proper functionality after any upgrades.
· Develops queries, reports and customizations including scope, creation, testing and deployment.
· Develops processes ahead of documentation according to industry best practices.
· Creates, executes, and maintains capital upgrade projects including SOWs, project plans and budgets.
· Provides technical assistance for integration projects.
· Assists finance with accurate job and inventory cost accounting.
· Responsible for vendor management for Acumatica.
· Schedules, performs, and monitors system backups, and performs data recoveries if necessary.
· Other duties as necessary or assigned.
Position Qualifications
· Bachelor of Science preferred or 8 years of experience required in lieu of a degree.
· Minimum 6 years related work experience in related industry required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
· Excellent interpersonal, Sales and Customer Service skills.
· Knowledge of MS Office suite required.
· Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
· Ability to multitask in a fast-paced Customer-facing environment.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
